GP Storm Vs Whitecourt pre-game notes - Dec 11th

Grande Prairie:
*Storm captain RW #15 Taylor Cote out with confirmed concussion - but status uncertain (edit - confirmed from him on 1st intermission radio interview, to likely be out til new year), same with C #7 Sam Lawson but he's out indefinitely with a concussion. RW #16 Ryan Baskerville back in the lineup as expected, from appendicitis

Whitecourt:
*Although yet to be added to the game roster and even the AJHL with a profile, according to Jeff Henson on 104.7 Free FM broadcast, Whitecourt has AP LW Jacques Bernier in the lineup. Therefore I'm not sure what to believe from the Whitecourt updater - who has currently APs C #29 Samuel Lauzon (from North Peace Navigators - NWJHL Jr B) and LD #5 Jordan Davies listed on the game sheet without jersey #s. Jeff listed the only AP in the lineup was Bernier. Davies was, by the way, last confirmed to be down with Sherwood Park Kings Midget AAA (AMHL) for a game Saturday night at home vs Calgary Flames Midget AAA. Have contacted Whitecourt Wolverines, Chris Colwell (Whitecourt play-by-play) & Jeff Henson via Twitter, about erroneous game sheet with inaccurate APs... which also doesn't include another D-man (?) from the Q on Wolverines lineup, and waiting to hear back... but will likely have to email the AJHL directly again about the errors.

Missed this til now, as I don't currently update the dub, but Whitecourt Wolverines RD #23 Zach Paterson, has been recalled and is now up with Portland Winterhawks (as #7) for '3-4 weeks'.
